Jaanleva 555: Kalpana Pandit's next production

The US based emergency doctor Kalpana Pandit has rocked in the songs of 'Jaanleva 555' Hindi feature film. Hailing from Mysore district with roots in Nanjangud this high class beauty with brain was in Bengaluru on September 26 for the promotion of her feature film 'Jaanleeva 555'.
Dr Kalpana Pandit works in USA as emergency doctor has a strong passion for films. Her last short film 'Jo Jo Laali' by Sundeep Malani has won quite a awards at the international level. It was based on the HIV AIDS.
Now as a producer, Kalpana Pandit is all set for release of 'Jaanleva 555' that also stars versatile Kannada actor Ananthnag in Sundeep Malani direction with 15 songs.

Kalpana Pandit a staunch follower of Sridevi began her career in films from 'Gajagamini' of MF Hussain. She acted in 'Pitaah', 'Moksha', 'Praan Jaaye Par Shaan Na Jaaye', 'Om', 'Padmasri Laloo Prasad', 'Anandamanandamayee' (Telugu) 'Pyaar Kiya Nahin Jaata', 'Anubhav', 'Deha', 'Love Khichid', 'Jo Jo Laali' and now in 'Jaanleva 555' she produces the film. Kalpana Pandit is also part of the music videos and TV commercials. She is a very modern girl runs a Gold Club in her official website that demands 55USD for chats and photos screening of her.
'Jaanleva 555' has got appreciation from topnotch of Indian cinema Sridevi Boney Kapoor. Kalpana Pandit in USA got a call from actress Sridevi who immensely appreciated the talent in her.
'Jaanleva-555' is set for release on October 19. This Hindi cinema is shot entirely in Karnataka and after twenty years Ananthnag had acted in a Hindi cinema. In 'Jaanleva-555' Vyjayanthimala has shared the screen space after 42 years.

Kalpana Pandit returns with new film "Janleva 555"

The desi hottie from the  US  Kalpana Pandit hasn't made if big in Bollywod.   Though she appeared in some of the flicks namely MF Husain's 'Gajagamini', Mahesh Manjrekar's 'Praan Jaaye Par Shaan Na Jaaye', 'Pitaah', 'Padmashree Laloo Prasad Yadav' and 'Pyar Kiyaa Nahin Jaata', but she failed to leave any mark.
After all these acting stints and cameos Kalpana  has produced a short Kannada film ‘Jo Jo Laali’ that has opened a new door for her.

The film won appreciation and encouraged Kalpana to produce a full-length feature film.

And now she is eyeing for a big comeback with her latest flick titled “Jaanleva 555”. It’s directed by Sandeep Malani and slated for October release. Not to mention, it has Kalpana in a hot leading role.

Kalpana Pandit describes Jaanleva 555 as her dream project. It’s a musical thriller with, hold your breath, 15 songs.

Vyjayanthimala to do cameo in Janleva 555

The veteran actor-dancer returns to the arclights after 42 years

Yesteryear actor Vyjayanthimala Bali has decided to wear the grease paint after 42 years for Sandeep Malani’s issue-based movie Janleva 555 and urges everyone to “watch this one of of its kind film”.
Last seen in 1970 release Ganwaar, the 76-year-old will be seen in a two to three minutes’ video to be played before the film, which talks about how to save cobra bitten children in villages.
Janleva 555 has been made to support and help acquire ventilator systems for the hospitals, said the veteran actor and added: “First of all it is a great thought and it’s very useful for the people in the villages, and especially children, who die of snake bites. This kind of ventilator system to save kids of snake bites is a very noble task and I appreciate this work. I wish the makers of the film all the success and I request everybody to please watch the film because it will be one of its kind,” she said in a statement.
The film has been produced by Kalpana Pandit, who is also playing a pivotal role in the film. “There can be no bigger blessing for my maiden home production Janleva 555 than receiving the good wishes of the first original superstar of Indian cinema. The fact that her (Vyjayanthimala) ancestral city was also where I hail from, the beautiful garden city of Mysore, made it all the more special,” said Pandit.
“She has given a social message in a special video, which will be shown before the beginning of the film. The two to three minutes’ video of superstar Vyjayanthimala will have a critical medical message for cobra bitten children. I can’t reveal much about the subject. You will understand it once you watch the film,” she added.
Janleva 555 also features Anant Nag and Akash Hora and is scheduled for an October 19 release.
